as a journal and planner girly, my goal was to make this mail club feel more like you’re getting bite-sized pieces of unique stationery! so each piece is designed to be used in your journals, planners, and letters to friends and family.
i wanted to make mini versions of stationery so that there’s no waste. no taking up space. just fun little pieces to decorate your notebooks with every month.

yes! this is a monthly subscription. but you can cancel at any time!

yes! you can cancel at any time.
if you decide you want to cancel, please make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle, otherwise, you will be automatically enrolled to receive the next month’s letter.

yes! the coolest part of starting a snail mail club is that i can send it to people all over the world.
on the product page you’ll see an option for international orders (outside of US and Canada).

no, monthly mail club orders are sent via letter mail with postage stamps in order to keep the costs low.
letter mail is cost effective but takes longer to deliver. this is why i ship out almost a month in advance!

Please note that because these are being sent via letter mail service, they typically take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on your location.
If 6 weeks have passed and you still haven’t received your letter, please send me an email at xoxo.lofighosts@gmail.com and allow 1-2 business days for response.
Refunds or replacements will be offered if your letter doesn’t show up after 6 weeks.

The monthly mail club is essentially set up like a pre-order. You are subscribing a month in advance to get the next month’s letter in time. (i.e. if you subscribe after June 5th, you are getting August’s letter).
This is to ensure that you get the corresponding month’s letter on or before that month as some of the content’s are specific for that month.
